All uses other than personal listening and fair use as defined in great detail by copy right law, require licensing. To make it easy, painless and fast for you to move forward with the proper music licensing from us, we outlined the essential elements of licensing below. License Types (several may apply):
Performance License: > Permission to perform or expose work publicly or to an audience.
New Media License: > Internet content, multi media content, computer software.
Synchronization License: > Permission to synchronize our sound / music / images /
multi media etc. with your visual image, other sound, motion picture, video etc.
Master Recording License: > Master / edit / sample / re-record / modify /
process any media element to your specifications.
Mechanical License: > For products: CD's, CD-ROM's, DVD's, MP3 and -MIDI files,
Audio DVD's, cassettes etc.
Videogram License: > For video and film products.
Licensing product selection:
Broadcast license. To use our work in conjunction with a production that is intended for
exposure to audiences or public: e.g.: video, tv, commercials, web integration / exposure,
theater productions, background for special events, special effects, ambiances, exhibits,
public buildings, etc.
Retail product license. For products intended to be manufactured, distributed or sold.
E.g.: Phonogram, CD, MD, DVD, interactive products, audio / video / DVD / CD-ROM products,
multi media / computer software products, home video etc.
In your request please identify media elements, define incident length and amount per media element.
Define product in detail, and production volume. If you are planning for more than one product please indicate.
Feature film license (One for Each production. The amount of media elements, incidents and length to be defined.
Amount of distributed copies and or broadcast range to be defined. For more than one production,
please indicate; also if a series of productions are planned: e.g. feature film series, subsequent products/productions etc.)
100 year multi-use limited one time buyout license -
(somewhat comparable to "royalty free" library products) > Restrictions < : (non-broadcast & non-product) - details:
Your product can not be: a film, a retail product, a sound / media library, or be broadcasted.
Diversification options for the physical product we will deliver to you:
Custom edited media elements or assemblages in any combination, length, constellation, file format.
Fixated on a medium of your choice, shipped to you, or files transferred to you by means of the interent.
OR: Off-the-shelf ready-made media collection or library products, and releases on CD or CD-ROM.
What we need from you for licensing:
Description of which media elements are desired. If desired elements exist on this site:
Titles of tracks. We can custom create new work, or edit existing work: add to length,
shorten, resequence, process, or completely rearrange.
Detailed definition of use:
- The types of license you are seeking to obtain.
- Indicate for each media element: each incident and its length.
Information on your Products and productions in which usage of our media elements is intended:
- Definition, scope and purpose of your product / production.
- Distribution range, volume, time (life of product), production time lines (limited exclusive rights),
expected net profit (exclusive rights),
- Your type of organization; Corporation, Nonprofit Organization, Government, etc.?

Your special requirements (e.g.: exclusive rights, custom productions, master license, modification etc.)
Agreement that your reporting for any incident of our media elements in your product(s) and production(s) is mandatory.
A complementary archival copy of your final products and productions, plus promotional materials.
You grant rights to us to use such materials free of charge for advertising of our products and services
(This may promote your product or production just as well!).
Credit to the element creator and publishing company with name and URL at least 1.75" on retail products,
clearly readable in size and time duration for other products.
Payment for your licensing fees and royalties where and when due.
Licensing is complex - Pricing depends entirely on your requirements.
Under special circumstances we may elect to provide you licensing terms free of charge.
Please describe in as much detail as possible what exactly you need,
everything about your production and how your product is to be distributed.
