Next up on the bench was the mighty Memorymoog from Svenska Grammofon Studion. Upon arrival I immediately noticed that this Moog was not in a good shape and it was one of the dirties synth I have seen in a long timeĀ and amongst theĀ problems was a broken key, broken wood, missing a knob and there was only 5 of 6 voices working so this was an big task to get it back in shape again.

After cleaning it’s all start to get back to it’s original shine.
After a days work and fine tuning it’s now back in working order to Svenska Grammofon Studion. Amongst some of the problems was a couple of failing CMOS chips that i replaced and a connector on the last voice board that was lose. The last voice was still failing to tune but I will wait to do that once the Moog is back in the studio were it’s supose to be as it’s better to fine tune it there as the temperature might influence the process.
